Q. I'm having issues with Harvard access to the New York Times--what do I do?

Harvard Library is happy to share that our subscription to the New York Times has been upgraded to a single sign-on (SSO) model.

All existing Harvard-sponsored news accounts were deactivated on August 21, 2025, and all users will need to claim a new pass. Instructions are posted on the New York Times Tools page.

Users should report problems to The ITS E-Resources Unit.
