A few useful things to know:
- To support the best access options, librarians will evaluate your request and may correspond with you to identify specific slides/images and understand your use need.
- Publication and copy requests have a minimum of 3-week turnaround time.
- The vast majority of our 35mm slide & digital image collection is under copyrights not owned by the Frances Loeb Library. Publication and copy requests for digital files are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be denied.
- While the Frances Loeb Library does not charge for permissions, if needed, a digitization service fee may be charged by Harvard Library Imaging Services to the researcher. See pricelist.
