You are responsible for any fines for items checked out to your card. This is true even if you lend your card to another borrower or give the books charged out to you to another person.
If you regularly borrow for faculty, you should apply to become a proxy borrower. Becoming a proxy borrower will allow you to use your Harvard ID card to check out items to a faculty member's library account. Please visit the service desk at the Frances Loeb Design Library for more information.
