Frances Loeb Library's Interlibrary loan (ILL) service allows library users to borrow materials from non-Harvard libraries and it lends materials to non-Harvard libraries worldwide, using software called ILLiad.

The borrowing service is for affiliates of the Harvard Graduate School of Design—including faculty, staff, and students.

Log on to ILLiad:

To Create an ILLiad account. (required for Interlibrary Loan and Scan & Deliver)
To Create an Interlibrary Loan Request for a book or an article not owned by Harvard.
To Check on the status of Interlibrary Loan and Scan & Deliver Requests.
To access and download materials requested through Scan & Deliver.
